No. 1 ProBiotic

The human digestive tract and its microbiota are a true ecosystem – it can contain up to 1,500 species of bacteria. However, this ecosystem is not static; it is influenced by various factors, such as diet and age. The optimal balance of bacterial flora can be disrupted by factors such as poor diet or antibiotic therapy. Bacteria present in the digestive tract can be divided into three groups: beneficial bacteria (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus), opportunistic bacteria (Bacteroides, Eubacterium), and pathogenic bacteria (Clostridium, Staphylococcus).

1 capsule – 30 billion bacterial cultures – 10 strains

Each N°1 ProBiotic bacterial strain is precisely identified, as evidenced by its numbering (the strain number is provided after its Latin name). Our dietary supplement formula contains the following bacteria:

  • Bacteria of the genus Bifidobacterium, e.g. Bifidobacterium lactis.

Gram-positive bacteria that live in the large intestine. They accompany humans practically from the very beginning, as newborns receive them as they pass through the birth canal.

  • Bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus, e.g. Lactobacillus paracasei.

Gram-positive bacteria classified as lactic acid bacteria. Some of them participate in lactic acid fermentation. Lactobacillus plantarum has one of the largest genomes among lactic acid bacteria, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus is used as an ingredient in yogurts and dairy products.

  • Streptococcus thermophilus bacterium

The properties of bacteria such as Streptococcus thermophilus allow it to be used in milk processing.

Acacia fiber

The product also contains acacia fiber. Bacteria can use it for their growth because it is not digested by the body.

Patented microencapsulation technology

Each bacterial cell is coated with a thin lipid layer, providing precise protection both during storage and during passage through the digestive system. Microencapsulation also provides protection from external factors such as humidity, light, and oxygen. Thanks to the technology used, bacteria can reach further sections of the digestive system. Even a five-fold smaller number of microencapsulated bacteria can colonize the intestines just as effectively as a larger number of unprotected bacteria.

Gluten-free product

The tests conducted confirmed that N°1 ProBiotic is a gluten-free product. It can be safely used by people with gluten intolerance. The test was conducted by a specialized laboratory using the immunoenzymatic ELISA method.
